Disappointment!!! I received my triple strand of Tahitians today, and they are already in the mail back to PP. The top strand was so short it was strangling me. The pearls had a wonderful luster (they were AAA) and a great size pearl. However, the peacock color just didn't pop. Oh well.

That's too bad...a lovely necklace, but triple strands can be tough especially with larger pearls.

I am not trying to convince you to keep this necklace, but if it were me, I would add some gemstone beads to compliment the peacock overtones. Or add some white baroque SSPs.

Nevermind, I found it! I am in love with the tahitian and aquamarine necklace. And usually I'm not a fan of aquamarine, but they pair beautifully!

Luvglitz, bummer that the triple strand didn't fit you. If you liked the pearls themselves, it could have been an opportunity to convert it to a 54" rope which I LUV and is super versatile. Can wait to see what your "replacement piece" will be!
