Busy busy festive times on my end as well but definitely pearly times too ;-) All the girls in my family wearing pearls for holidays makes me so happy! Just a few in action pics...Baroque akoyas from PP (adored by my Mom and sister! ) and CMW Tahitian necklace with a purple 11mm T pendant from Pearlescence.

Eolian, wow, that looks like a delicious holiday treat! is it a traditional family dessert? And oh so special to have all the women in pearls! I love it! Thank you for the compliments, too. I really love the color of the golden Akoya. It pairs beautifully with all my SS and just about everything else as well.

A very peacock Tahitian pendant from Kojima, aubergine Tahitian studs from PP, and a Tahitian keshi chain I made.

Oh JEG, I love your Bubbles strand. Another one I dithered on too long, and it was gone.

Oooo, mailman just brought me some 10 mm Tahitian studs from Sarah at Ocean's Cove. Bright green peacock with hot pink overtones. Very shiny. My photo doesn't capture the colors. All my pearl studs are 9 mm. And my Tahitians are all mismatched, black and white, which I love. But now that my lobes have gotten used to 9 mm, I'm experiencing PSS and wanted larger studs that matched.

I really need to quit buying stuff at the end of the year, but the discounts around X-mas are too good to pass up.

@BWeaves the color on these studs is super pretty! The really bright emerald green is very appropriate for the holidays, too!

What was supposed to be a trace of snow earlier this week ended up being a bit of a dumping of heavy wet snow with flurries continuing to cover the ground. I’ve been out on foot not wanting to take my car out, especially in the early morning ice.

Wearing a very special prototype strand of high luster golden SS’s from the PP “golden” Ruckus. The studs are natural white Akoya from Takahashi Pearl.

Thank you all for the cake love! It is not really a traditional cake but a family friend is a French patissier and we always order this cake from him for the holidays, not too sweet and irresistible even after all the more traditional courses;-)

I have a few new pearls to share but the light is terrible so I only have this one decent pic, a mix of older and new pearls - Kamoka, Collins, CMW (the new pearl) Takahashi akoya and Druzy...on a gold wire. I have about 10 pearls full drilled to 2,5mm so I can wear them on different chains and play with combinations. I just love seeing all the different colors!

Hi everyone! I’m a newbie here on the forum, but i wanted to show that young guys can wear pearls too!

Here’s a few of my collection:
This one is my Jewelmer GSS paired with a selenite floater necklace

The next one is a long strand of 11-13mm ringed white FWs. Sometimes i wear them with FW studs, and, for fun i like to layer them with a strand of undyed coral beads that i have

Lastly, are a strand i made of dyed black rice pearls that i wear with small edison studs

ooh these are gorgeous, and I love that steely blue of the akoyas. they really bring out the peacock in the tahitians!
