I've been enjoying all your posts, as most of them were before I joined the forum as well. Lovely necklace!!View attachment 471853Hi! I have been drooling over all of the gorgeous pearls that you all have! I am working my way through this thread and am only up to page 384 and thought I should start to include some of my looks. First up is my very first PP purchase. A sweet gem quality 5mm stud and a lovely Akoya baroque blue necklace! So far LOVING them! One shot in sunlight, one in regular light. Yes my hands are REALLY dry View attachment 471858 View attachment 471854View attachment 471855View attachment 471856View attachment 471857
No worries! More detail is always better than less.PS Sorry for the GIANT photos lol! Still trying to figure out how to resize them!
GORGEOUS!JEG: Huggies with drops are my favorite way to wear pearls as earrings. Today I swapped out my good Kasumi pendants onto Mom's large diamond hoops. Worn with The Divine Sarah pendant. There is NOTHING like this pendant. Intensely blue at the top, with rainbow colored bands of purple, orange, gold, green, pink. The nacre is soooo thick on this pearl that you actually look into it. Lighting is terrible today and the intense colors and luster are not showing up. All from Kojima.

You can see me holding my camera in the pearls, the surface is that shiny.
Yes indeedy! It was from the last Black Friday - Takahashi in Kobe! The cute little studs and the strandShani ‐ welcome to PG! I have gone through a lot of the older pages too. I've been here since 2014 I think but there's a ton I haven't seen. It really is a feast for the eyes. And thank you for adding you fabulous pearls to the mix! Side note - did you get the ones you bought from PP from a live sale? That necklace looks very familiar!
Jeg - Oh I love those little pearl huggies! The drops look great on those. Those vintage akoyas still have fantastic luster too
Absolutely stunning! This is what I came home with-
A long strand that I tried all morning to capture the beautiful luster and color-

Yummy & Beautiful! Now I feel like having peals for breakfast!Thank you, Shani. You really are searching waaay back.
Thanks so much, BWeaves and lary007 for the sweet compliments about mixing it up. I’ve never been a matchy person with anything, so just about everything goes for me. Freedom to play!
BWeaves, that All Josh necklace is one of my favorites and that new Akoya necklace is so pretty!
lary007, I’ve always loved that blossom setting, too, and really want to have something set in that. That ring and little h pendant are so so pretty, too!
Afternoon tea at one of my favorite places to go during the holidays. Wearing a golden SS ombre rope from PP, wispy Akoya earrings from Takahashi/PP Live event, and a mini Akoya wave necklace from Cees.
