What do you think of this Tahitian strand?

Tucs - I thought I responded to this but I don't see my post, my apologies. I think the strand you selected is amazing and I can't wait for you to see it in person!

Oh, Tucs LOL ... if you're looking for enablers to help you, you've come to the right place :))))) Your Tahitian strand is just lovely by the way; I'm so excited for you ... and waiting for my own with baited breath!

Haha, in the end Im going with a matte ball in WG. I asked Erin at PP and she put the strand next to both colours and she said the WG one really jumped at her. So I guess white metal is my fate!

They are completing my order and will post lots of photos as soon as I get it.

Yes you did reply, in PS -- sorry for double posting, and double thanks!

Both of those strands are beautiful .. but I too would have gone with the top one. Really...you couldn't go wrong with either colour gold..WG will be lovely ! It's going to be gorgeous!

Thanks Katbran! I can't wait to receive it.

I also like the top strand best and I naturally lean towards white gold too! The luster and the colors are gorgeous!

I love the colors and shapes of the pearls in the strand you chose. Looking forward to neck shots!

Thanks SunSeeker, KaySD and pregcurious!

I can't wait to receive the strand; it's now on its way to me...

It's here! I love it, it's very colourful and has great luster. Size wise it's a little on the small size, but I like it, perhaps it fits my casual style better. I can't see the imperfections unless I am inspecting the strand quite closely.

OK, so I asked for a glamour photo and a brief description: "This versatile necklace features drop Tahitian pearls with intense color variation. The pearls are multicolor and graduate in size from 8.4 to 10.9 mm. The AA+/AAA quality pearls have light blemishes, smooth surfaces, and sharp luster. The finished strand is approximately 18 inches in length, knotted on color-matching silk and finished with a 14-karat white gold matte ball clasp."

Very lovely, Tucs ... so glad you like it! That's a very nice size; as you said, very nice for a casual lifestyle, as a signature every day necklace. You can always layer with more, bigger, exotic, gemstones etc. strands for more pizazz in the future; this is a wonderful basic. My new strands arrive tomorrow ... can hardly wait ...

And a few photos. Thanks everyone again for your help in selecting this strand!

Thanks CathyKeshi! I think I can do with this size for a while :)

Tucs - WOW! What a gorgeous strand and you look fanstastic! I don't think it's small at all on you! The colors are amazing, the luster is great and I know you'll wear this all of the time. Congratulations!!!

Oh, WOWWWWWWW! I commented too soon :) You're right Tucs ... you only need one strand, when it looks like that! It's SO much prettier in person; the luster is amazing, and you look great ... the colors are beautiful ... congratulations!
