We made these for a customer and we are considering running them as a regular product - what do you guys think?

I thnik they are a great idea.
You can have a series of them in different pearls, different colors, different sizes.
I think those small hoops are by far the most comfortable earring finding.

I love them. I like the idea of being able to interchange the pearls.

I love them also. Great hoops (I much prefer dangles to posts) and the ability to swap out charms is always nice. I personally would be more tempted by them if the pearls were baroques, but I am probably in a minority there...

Gorgeous design! Very modern. I also like the idea of having different pearl charms.

I just received similar hoops with diamonds from Bangkok. I can wear the hoops without pearls or with any set of the pearls I have. I really like them.

They're pretty and I like them, as long as they snap closed easily. If you have to tweak them into an opposing opening, I wouldn't wear them.

It would be nice if you offer hoops in 2 sizes: large & small. I personally do not wear large hoops. If not too big, they would still look good for office settings, at least for me. I like the versatility of switching to different pearls.

I really like that design. I wear dangles, hoops, not post earrings so this would fit my style. I think that having several different options for the pearls would be great. Add the pearls as we buy different strands, drops, etc. I am with Boo, I have a lot of baroque pearl strands and would like to have some baroque pearl choices.

My girlfriend likes dangle earrings and has been looking for additional pearl earring designs - I think she would love these - please be sure to tell everyone on PG when/if you launch this as a regular item or monthly special so we can take advantage. Are the hoops 14k white gold? or Silver? Thanks for showing these!

Loops are very nice, I have a pair with 3 different CFWP:s from PP in 14K gold, they are very pretty, unfortunately I have holes in my ears that were the wrong angle when I got them so now any loops are not going paralell with my earlobe but "stand out" toward the sides, which makes them impractically. If you could use both loops and perhaps the type of Leverback PP has, that would also be very versatile and leave everyone a choice. Any loop should have a latch, otherwise it would be quite difficult to shut them (especially when one is in a hurry).:)

Very pretty and useful earring, love the changeable aspect. Also the oval is more flattering to more women than round. I also agree with Hanaleimom who suggested multiple sizes. I personally prefer smaller(shorter) earring with BIG pearl! :D

so many pearls, so little time

I have the same problem, jerin, but I just wear the earrings anyway. I have considered having them re-pierced, but the holes are in a nice position on my ears so if I were to re-pierce, they would be too high or too low. Sigh - if only the person who pierced them had been a bit more conscientious...

If the hoops are small enough, the angle isn't as obvious as it is with the large hoops.

I made a pair of those not too long ago, but to use with large drop-shaped Freshwater pearls- yum! What I really love about this idea, is that you can put on of the pearls on a chain and wear it as a pendant if you don't feel like wearing the earrings ;) talk about versatility!!

I have also been turning a similar 'hoop' idea over in my head for awhile now, but I was thinking of using 14K White Gold with diamond pave accents to 'glam' it up. :D

YES! I did this myself, for these. I want to switch my other posts so I can dangle them too!

I liked the hoop very small. If it's long I'd want it to be more elongated.

Also if you have diamond huggies, it's easier to clean the diamonds and pearls separately.

Do it please..

Joan, I like your design.

I thought of more options looking at yours, not to say that it won't work with what you have already.
1) You can probably add a pearl stud through the jump ring/bail to wear the Tahitian dangle without using the hoops. But for me, if I were to do that, the dangle should be simpler, drop pearl w/o diamond. Of course, the fancy gold above the pearl should be long enough to accomodate the pearl stud's diameter.

2) Another option is to use diamond stud with the pearl-only dangle. Just my opinion. I am sure others can chime in more possibilities.

Debbie,
I too thought it was just to get a new piercing, but then I got to know that the old hole would go together with the new one, that would have resulted in a new "ugly" and just one but large hole:(
