I found this maker of P. maculata jewelry, possibly out of France, on facebook. https://www.facebook.com/pages/JF-Ferrandon-Artisan-Bijoutier/376140442465280?ref=profile I couldn't find any information regarding a website where you could purchase the creations, but the pieces are really beautiful.
I especially like this pair of earrings!

Absolutely! I've made a similar pair in the past with little 2mm sapphire beads. SO time consumptive! If only I could get my hands on a bunch of little pipi beads

I just found this site, which has some poe pipi jewerly similar to above. For the prices they have listed, my guess is they could be natural.

From what I can see on that first site, the artist/jeweler JF Ferrandon is based in Papeete, French Polynesia.

I think the Facebook page is their website / selling site.

Some pieces are marked with prices in CFP (Pacific Francs). 1 US Dollar = about 90 Pacific Francs

Others are marked "Vendu" (sold).

I received some information on prices from the seller with the facebook page: the dangle earrings that I like are $1959 (L) and $1659 (R). They also have pearls on shell as pendants, which are cute, and range from $92 to $184, of course I liked the most expensive one of the lot, lol.
Well, I probably will not be able to afford those gorgeous earrings any time in the next 10 years, but maybe a shell pendant in a years time!
