Please help identifying stamp on culture pearl clasp

Never seen one like this...might be a local jeweler from anywhere in the world. What is the setting like?

It's a very standard, fishhook clasp often used with pearls. It's difficult to make out anything about the pearls in the photo, other than they appear to be off-round akoya.

You won't be able to find any information. Search for fish hook clasp and see how many hits you get. It is extremely common.
