sigh..I wish I'd never looked at this site....wonder if I sat outside on the sidewalk with a pail and a sign that said "Need Tahitians - please donate" ...hmmmmm....maybe....

Then again, gold is so affordable since it took a dive to "only" $1600/ounce ;-) BTW, we didn't intentionally prevent right-mouse click grabbing of photos, I think it's just the zoom plug-in that is interfering with that option. But it sounds like grabbit took care of the problem! At some point we may need to watermark our photos: I remember there was a guy in the Netherlands selling our website items on "a well-known auction site" without our permission for ~twice our price. Needless to say, he did not contact us for permission ahead of listing the auctions using our pics and specs! I trust he's gone now (but I did notice he was slow to notice that we had already sold many of the strands he was trying to resell - thank goodness no one bought from him). Here's a link to the photo of the strand that sold (our product page in the start of this thread is now offering a new multicolor necklace, because the original sold):http://www.tahitianpearls.biz/tahitian-pearls-pictures/multi-colour-tahitian-pearl-necklace-tnmm-lg.jpg Hopefully I did the "insert link" correctly!

But I know that when I felt so strongly for those pearls, temptation arose. That is why I posted you to get them. Not everyone has my strength of character and/or will power. (JOKE!!!) I was slapping my own hands away from the keyboard and I don't even have the cash AND they had it on BillMeLater so I could buy it anyway. It was a heroic fight and I won, but now I wish I had got them- At least I might have passed them on to you!
I actually went back yesterday, just to peek and they were gone! Next time, just use a photo and do not give the buying info out, except by PM to someone who will check out the site for you. I am sure it was not a poster, but lots of people read this forum!
That is like the abalone pearl i lost on ebay by not putting in my top bid the first time. I was busy upping the ante when time ran out and the other person got it for about $100. It was worth at least $1000, not counting the antique setting etc. I still regret this one!!!!

Welcome Jose, glad you joined us at last.

Hi Katbran! Yes, this is an enthusiastic group. We do ship to Australia, but our automated credit card authorization system does not seem to do well with non-US credit cards. Also, we tend to treat overseas shipping on a country-by-country basis, as there are so many country-specific restrictions for shipping by post. Fortunately, Australia is one of the best for shipping jewelry, and we have had 100% success rate in our packages to Australia. BTW, France is another subject entirely - if anyone on the forum has insights on how to ship jewelry to France, I'd love to hear them! We have had no success shipping by post or Fedex to France.
