My pearl earring collection

Blaire - I wondered if your circles were SS - they are truly beautiful and the findings are gorgeous. You have quite an eye for interesting findings...

Now I would wear those Paspaley SS all the time....

I don't think you can go wrong with Care Ehret's Sea of Cortez pearls. And, yes, the abalone earrings match the ring! The color is soooo satisfying! :D

No, really, they are huge! They are so heavy that I have to wear double earlobe patches. (Lobe Wonder) If I wore them everyday, my earlobes would be brushing my shoulders! :D

Blaire, if your piercing stretches tooo much, would it be possible to wear the abalones, and others inside the piercing, like some other cultures do???? :D:D:D

ewwww! :D Before I found Lobe Wonder, I only wore feather-weight earrings, so they aren't bad. ;)
 
Well, mine aren't torn, but they are definitely more stretched than when I was younger, and sometimes hurting by the end of the day. I'm going with the "Wonder!" Appreciate the tip!

They are all lovely in their own way but the Abalone mabes are my personal favorites!

Let me tell you what I did with my cabinet. I have the white one. Inside, I screwed in eight small "L" brackets. Then I screwed the cabinet into the wall with drywall screws. I never put the legs on it. ;)
 
I guess I have collected a lot of pearl earrings. I didn't think about it until recently. It doesn't seem like a lot because I have a house full of pearls for jewelry-making (although I haven't had any time to make any lately).

I really appreciate all the compliments. Seeing the photographs of the pearl jewelry PG-ers make and purchase makes me happy, so I thought I would return the favor. ;)

There actually is a wall mount version out now---------mine is the oak, with legs, now I need another one! You probably wall mounted yours before Lori even thought of it!

The other advantage is that it helps keep silver from tarnishing---
