My freshwater pearl drops from China!

Thanks, Hanadama!

I saw those keshis she had and was curious about them..they look great! What are you planning to do with them? I noticed some look at drilled...are they half or fully drilled?

Those little rice pearls are precious!

Thanks Lary, I'm going to make a tin cup! Yes, they are all fully drilled.

Lary, you've been doing great with those Wen Tahitians! The colors are beautiful. It's hard to tell from the pics, but their surfaces seem pretty clean, yeah?

Hanadama, I love those keshis! They look like they have gorgeous luster.

Battah- yeah, the surfaces are mostly clean. There are a couple that are more blemished but nothing too distracting. I am going to be getting another strand to add to these to make a rope (I think) so if I wanted to take those few out I can, but at this point I don't think it's necessary.

Fabulous! Man I'm this close to pulling the trigger on another strand, but I should probably wait til my first order gets here. I still want kind of a harvest strand look, and right now I have about 16 inches worth of Tahitians in various sizes, so I don't know if it would look good to mix them with more than one strand of fairly uniform pearls.

Here's my thing. We all have too many pearls anyway. If I find a strand that speaks to me and I can afford it, I figure that I can find something special to do with it or make it into a wonderful gift at the very least!

Lary you are like WenPearl whisperer - you seriously picked out some AMAZING strands!!!!!!
Hanadama, the keshis are really lustrous! Looking forward to seeing your finished tin-cup!

In my opinion, the key to a nice harvest strand is a variety of size, shape and color....that said, a harvest strand (multiple shapes/sizes) focusing on one color group, or even an ombre look would be lovely!

Lary seriously great selections. Im loving the circles. Are those described as lavender?

Hanadama lovely keshi. Looking forward to your tincup.

Kalmen- yes. These were called lavender/malachite. This is strand 6 from item TH9-2A-10-7 :)

Thank u Lary. I really shouldn't but oh so tempting.

By the way, anyone bought WenPearl's blue/grey akoyas? I'm curious about the quality.

Lary007 - you have really good eyes! I was also looking at the lavender/malachite tahitians, but the best ones were already gone. I'm still considering one of the strands, but first I wait for my other tahitian strand to arrive.

hanadama - the keshis look perfect for a tincup! And what are you going to do with the drops?

Thanks Katalin, I have a few pink/lavender and golden SoC pearls coming my way and need some tiny pearls to finish the pieces. Hopefully these will do the job!

This is my lavender nugget pearls from Wen. Again, it's a strand that I bought impulsively. Wen has pretty pearls, but I have to be patient if I want to find the best ones. Very often they are sold out within minutes.

Kalmen22- if I remember right, cricette has bought from when. I also asked her about them, and she told me they are perfect for the price, but not natural color. And I'm sure she is right. If you look at the description, you can't find that it is natural color, although Wen always states it, if a pearl is natural color. I also wanted to buy, but after it I just haven't.

Katalin, thanks for letting go me know. I was so curious for so long and kept going back and forth. Think I'll hold off. I would prefer a natural colour strand.

Pareltje... lovely colours. Neckshot please.
I agree. You gotta visit the site often. Cox the good ones do get snapped up quickly

I agree! Yours is seriously gorgeous. It actually has me thinking of getting some silvery keshi from Jac, I love how they look in yours. I'm just waiting to see what I have so far and how it all looks together before buying more. I have a lot of different colors, sizes, and shapes, so I think I need to chill and sort them.

I ordered a strand to check them out. I'll report back once they get here!
