It's amazing how all of your necklaces are so beautiful, yet with such different personalities! Before joining this forum, I had no idea pearls came in such expressive variety.
Very good thing that these are not bracelets. That would make driving too difficult!
Aah, the perils of my time zone again! Everything good happens overnight!
Sueki, the new piece is stunning! Elegant as usual, and suits you beautifully! Hope this one is your own...
Also, thanks for adding to this thread - gave me a chance to drool over your gorgeous Sea of Cortez beauties again.
Sueki,
beautiful work and nice pearls. I have been making myself something like it but I have no connectors that I really like. Could you post a close-up of yours, please?
Sueki, those are amazing. Did you have to kill anyone to get them? I have a few Cortez but a necklace, oh boy wonderful. And they are stunners, what colours. Lucky you.
Sueki, it's gorgeous. I've seen single strands in designs similar to it, but the double strand fills it out more, gives it more interest, without overpowering the wearer. I love it.
Sueki, I've never lusted after piece of jewelry as much as that first necklace! I never realized how gorgeous Sea of Cortez pearls were. You've just started an obsession for me (I spent most of the night going through Sea of Cortez posts).
Thanks for bumping up this thread with your tasseled beauty of a necklace (looks great on you), which also gave me a chance to gape at your Sea of Cortez pearls that you posted a few months back. What amazing colors and luster! Absolutely gorgeous!

Borah,
Oh, dear, I'm so sorry.
Please don't think badly of me when they come to reposess your car, house, etc. because you spent the repayment money on pearls.......
Seriously, thanks to you all for your comments. It's really great to get feedback on my efforts other than hubby's "that's nice - is it new?"
