Day 299:

This is the piece that sparked my friendship with BAS. Four or five years ago she had bought this strand of ripple pearls that I thought was a dream but she felt they didn’t suit her skin tone. We exchanged emails about them, I bought them, and we continued to correspond. It’s amazing how pearl friendships are forged and last!

Color graduated Tahitian rope from Golay and soufflé pearl and sapphire geode earrings from little h jewelry.

Love that combination especially the tin cup necklace with the large soufflé pearl pendant.

Wow it's amazing how different today's' layered combination looks when worn by Baby Nurse, compared to seeing them displayed on paper. Very lovely!

Sooo, I scrolled back and few pages on this thread and realized somehow I totally missed Purr's post from the NY show with her new adoption. Doah! Congrats on your new ring! It's a beautiful compliment to your collection!

Day 302:

Metallic peach freshwater necklace and matching earrings from Catherine Cardellini, and golden akoya strand from Hisano of little h Jewelry.

Fabulous lustre on those Akoya!! They just glow ! That peach colour is lovely ! I've been doing photos lately and seem to have a lot of that pretty golden peach/apricot colour - I was obviously quite taken with it !! Your's is so pretty with a strong pink tone !

Day 303:

Today I wore my geode, pearl, and green diamond pendant! I took a lot of pictures of it because it’s unlike anything else in my collection and I’m really excited to share . The pendant is from Hisano of little h Jewelry and the Tahitian dangles I paired it with are from Pearl Paradise.

The gems inside the freshwater pearl are green diamonds and the ones that make up the necklace are as well, I think.












Even the underside of the geode is interesting. It reminds me of a bird’s egg!
