Sanippy I'm embarrassed to admit I have no plans to set them, though the tiniest one that is violet and green I'll probably have made into a ring. No clue what to do with the others but probably a necklace of some sort.

Amti I will measure them for you, probably tomorrow.

They were still sitting in my bathroom today so I took one more picture.

Day 138:

I started out with just my tiny strand of blue baroque akoya and then added a strand of larger blue baroque akoya. These nest surprisingly well together.

Beautiful photo of the fireballs. The colours are so intense!

And the blue akoyas have wonderful colour and oyster, they look great nested too.

Hi amti! Here are some approximate measurements of the fireballs. Re-posting this pic to make referencing simpler.



From top to bottom.

Pearl #1 at the top is 12.5 x 15.5mm. Hisano had suggested I set this as a pendant because both sides are so interesting color-wise but I'm still tempted to have it as a ring.

Pearl #2 (greenie) is 18 x 22mm

Pearl #3 (clam shell) is 23 x 23mm

Pearl #4 is 16 x 22mm

Pearl # 5 (bottom white) is 23 x 26mm

Day 139:

No pearls today as I've caught my kids' rotten cold virus (how does that happen in summer?). The show must go on so here are pictures I took last week of the soufflé and akoya tin cup (Hisano, little h Jewelry) and waterfall necklace (kojima Pearl). I didn't actually wear them like this, it's a bit busy but the overtones are pretty so I thought I'd share anyway.
