I think all have a bead nucleus but some of the beads are pretty small. I actually call them "petal" pearls..:)

Hi! If it is a freshwater pearl, then there is most likely no nucleus, especially in that size. It seems like a regular 100% nacre (tissue nucleated) freshwater pearl....but let the experts speak..
