Some marvelous peacock colors

From time to time I run across some pearls that are just so awesome that it's hard not to share them here!

This is a lot of Mangareva circled shorts that I recently picked up in FP.

I love these guys! They have so much character, color and individuality.

Lovely greens and purples - classic peacock tones.

Yes they are circled pearls so maybe not as exclusive as rounds - but they almost have more life to them because of those rings on the surface, if you ask me.

Wow! Those colours are amazing. I particularly like the third pearl on the left of the last pictures. The rings are so evenly spaced, almost as though they were carved.

Sarah - the "smooth circled" ones are almost better than the rounds imho. They are smooth and round in shape but have the uniqueness of a circled pearl. Can't beat those colors of the rings blending into each other on one pearl! Nice job setting those ones aside.

They are really wonderful! Took me all afternoon to sort through them for size, shape, and banding.

Icy, you are the one who started me on the Tahitian kick...I haven't decided what to do with these yet, but I did order some rhodolite garnet beads that really compliment the cherry overtones nicely.

It was your marvelous Tahitian drops on your huggies...that prompted me to order my very first Tahitian drops from PP. It was love at first sight...I had never seen pearls so colorful before!
