Would love to get a necklace like this made! Outside pearls are halved and rimmed in gold. Inside pearl has embedded diamonds. Decorative chain.

To me it looks like baroque pearls strung on leather, with knots.
Are you sure of the gold, diamonds and chain, and if so, where did you see this photo?
