Which is the better buy: baroque SSPs or baroque akoyas?

Those SSP look wonderful, and they really suit you, too. Nice choice! And happy birthday!

Thank the stars for aligning and making the hubby feel extra generous. Thanks to everyone, too, for all the feedback and greetings!

i should get my hubby get in touch with yours for tips. haha!

Your pearls look beautiful on you! Happy birthday and wear your new pearls in good health!

Oh, my beloved photobomber? He's not so little anymore; he turned 12 two weeks ago.

The other half of the hubby's birthday treat arrived--my first PP necklace!

The pearls do not look as rounded as the photo on the website, but they are a full 1mm longer! They're so smooth and polished; they're the city mice to my country bumpkins.

(Now to save up for a PP SSP necklace.)

A perfect luminous strand! Your collection just gets better and better. :)

Thanks, everyone. I went into this headlong, and now, the collection needs culling (or reconfiguring). It's a good problem to have, except that I don't want to give up my babies :(

gorgeous metallics

gorgeous metallics

Those metallics are gorgeous Cyndayco. I looked at that strand earlier today on PP when I got a hankering for some big metallic studs. What a great birthday treat. Don't know who said it but you can never have too many pearls.
