Where is it possible to see pearls from the Cook Islands?

Air New Zealand dropped the Raro Tahiti flight and Air Tahiti only goes once a week it a problem.

We'll definitely miss purchasing our annual Gaugin calendar at Papeete International as we fly LAX-Avarua nonstop.

So is there a Cook Island Pearl 'Vendor' Someone can recommend?

My GF and I plan to honeymoon in the Cook Islands. I couldn't tell from this string if someone actually has someone they can recommend in either Rarotonga or Aitutaki (where we'll be spending most of our time) for us to go visit to buy some Tahitian pearls from? If so, please share!! Any other tips would be greater appreciated - is it much cheaper in the cooks than on pearl paradise?

sssh Tahitian pearls are not supposed to be sold in the Cook Islands...
