What the heck is this?

Hey guys! Going through some stuff my grandma left to me when she died. In with the pearls:

The pinks are dyed freshwater rice pearls.

The other strand seem to be white freshies, as well. Considering the large size difference and unknotted, I am guessing that these were strays or left over from other projects and temporarily strung for safe keeping.

Lady D has identified your pearls, but I wanted to add that they can be easily restrung so you could enjoy wearing them. The white pearls look like very nice quality. And the pink pearls might need the tarnished beads changed out to restore the original look.

And the varying sizes can be a big plus for some designs. For example, space them out with some tiny gemstone beads.
