What kind of pearls are these?

I was given a box full of jewelry of all sorts. Most of the jewelry is very old(vintage or antique?*) but real. In that box were these 2 strands of pearls. From what I've read online of ways to test them they are real. I have no idea what kind of pearls they are or even who made or designed them. If any of you have any idea or clue and could possibly help me figure it out I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance

They look like baroque akoya cultured pearls. Nice overtones and luster in the 3rd photo.

Hi Christin, Yes, I agree with Pearl Dreams, you have 2 strands of very pretty vintage Akoya pearls. There isn't any way to tell who designed them. The faceted stones look like marcasite. Welcome to the forum!
