No they are about as low quality as you can get. I mean they are selling 100" of pearls for $17.99. There's plenty of deals to be had online but in this case you are getting exactly what you pay for. If don't care what they look like and just want some cheap costume type jewelry then sure go for it, if you want a nice piece of jewelry I'd say no.
