Oooh. I like. The crop top makes the proportions interesting, and the layering makes it totally do-able. I like that there are just the three colors, too - keeps it in focus.

Interesting variation on color blocking. Not for me, but do like the layered necklaces. Looks like the tin cup is about 40 inches or a bit shorter.

It is very pretty, but doesn't look remotely like office wear to me - too casual, the layering, and the leggings and colour wouldn't do for any serious professional stuff, surely?

That said, it's a lovely casual weekend look, and the pearls look wonderful.

Yeah we gotta get our hands on some baby pearls so we can offer these- the babies are just so delicate and pretty, and they make gorgeous accents to larger pearls!! They are on my wish list for HK this year...

The outfit would be good for casual office wear- definitely not a lawyer's or doctor's office lol! But for my place, absolutely

I like the combination. Personally I haven't tried chain with tiny pearls yet. It is feminine and delicate but one has to be a little more careful with chain getting snagged on sweaters. The color combination is really eye catching. I like fuchsia myself but am not fond of horizontal blocking. That outfit can add at least 10 lbs. visually. Only works for tall people I am afraid.

5 Ways to Protect your Jewelry from Winter Woes

You prepare your vehicle and home for winter, but should you protect your jewelry any differently? The winter season presents its own unique risks to jewelry. Here are five tips to help prevent jewelry loss or damage so you can continue to wear your jewelry without worry.
1) Ensure a proper fit. Colder temperatures can cause fingers to constrict and make rings more likely to fall off. Do the "shake test." If rings feel too loose, visit your trusted jeweler for resigloveszing.
2) Beware of dangerous accessories. Ring prongs can snag on the inside of gloves and mittens, causing diamonds and other gemstones to become loose and fall out. Be extra careful when removing your winter accessories and make sure all rings and stones are in place.
3) Watch the sweaters. Loose knits can easily get caught on necklace clasps or snatch earrings from the lobes. Pull on your winter wools before applying your jewelry.
4) Bust a move, bling-free. Skiing, snowboarding, sledding, as well as indoor fitness can put your jewelry at increased risk for chips, breaks and accidental loss. Consider removing your jewelry when you're most-active.
