Hello!

I bought this used pearl-necklace at a net auction because I love the color an shape. It was sold as cultured pearls. I think they look like tahitian pearls, but I guess they can be anything. How can you know?

Thank you Sheryl! I am still waiting for my pearls to arrive, so I haven?t seen them yet. In fact I have never seen a black pearl in real life. I am pretty exited.:)

Make sure to post a photo when you receive them so you can be sure you are receiving the same thing.

I bought my necklace from a well known, old auction house with a good reputation. I know they will send me the pearls I bid for. But I will gladly post a picture of my Tahitians as they arrive.

And this was taken in daylight with my cellphone camera.

Thank you malakity and Amrita. There sure are a lot of shapes in this necklace. I don?t know if it adds to the value, but it adds to the fun. I am delighted!

Hello Cookierookie,

I tried to take some up close pictures. Sorry about the pink camera.

Hi Helena,

congrats on your buy! they look like lots of fun to wear with the lovely circles! I love photo number 2704. It's fascinating how the same pearls look different under different light! I hope you enjoy your pearls :) Good work!

What great surface quality for such large, circled baroques! Nicely done :)

Great find! Add me to the second-hand Tahitian pearl fan club. You can't beat the value :)
