Yeah, I bought the cheap pearls, and they aren't great either, lots of dull spots--guess I deserve that--

There are actually 8 strands, and yes, they are quite similar----------but it's gonna take some pickin' over------------

Most of the time I've been happy with what I've gotten from that vendor except I usually narrow my choices by typically searching "aaa", which I know isn't what aaa standard is at PP or TPO or one of the other vendors on the board, but it's probably the best of what Lei family has to offer. Sorry you're not happy with the purchase. Bummer Kate

What really surprised me was to find Pearl Paradise has a presence on ebay!

The purchase from Lei is ok--with 8 strands it works out to a small amount per strand after shipping is figured in.

To be completely honest, until you brought the point about sponsored links -- I had never even noticed them before and I'm on ebay regularly. I think I tune them out. For example, I have yahoo for my personal email and I have never consciously notice the ads the have flash on the screen. Hmmm -- maybe the links are having some effect on my subconscious? Kate

It could be from Google, an affiliate program, or one of the many shopping engines we list with. Everything is automated these days, which means I am constantly surprised to see our products on different Web sites.

Pearl Paradise comes up at the top of my google searches every time when it is about pearls! So you are doing a great job!

Fortunately in my case, through etsy, google does pick up the first 100 items of my etsy shop, so if someone puts in certain search criteria, my item would pull in the first few pages. There is no charge for this, but certain listing requirements apply. I have no idea if I have sold anything because of this.
I do access the google analytics for my shop, and wish I could understand it all better.
