Hi,

I have some tahitian pearls I could like drilled & made into a tin cup necklace. Can anyone recommend someone who can do this?

Thanks!

I live in Phila. PA, USA. But I would be willing to ship to somewhere in the US...

Thanks

Thanks

I can wait until January. So I'll email your store then.

Regards,
Felicia

Pearl man, though not posting often, is an old timer in the pearl trade with a special knowledge of wild American freshwater pearls. His collection is suburb. His family has been in the business for generations! They do everything from drilling to knotting in their shop. They are not online dealers- they are kinda old fashioned, but Elizabeth Strack is a mutual acquaintance and she has visited and interviewed him for her book(s). We have a photo of them together at the Wisconsin historical Society (I think) where they have a really nice freshwater pearl collection which Norm has supported.

I recommend him highly as a hands on expert with more experience than any 3 other people!!! PM him if you need drilling, knotting, or want to buy genuine American freshwater pearls.

I might have sent your WONDERFUL COMMENT to the wrong address. but in any event it sure gave me goose bumps. I'll have to text more so I get the hang of this
format. Last night my wood club, not mine really, but one I belong to, has for decades made wooden towys for the seven or eight womens shelters in SE Wis. .
PURE GOOSE BUMPS.. Try to get TV...forget it....kindness is outside their template... Angain THANKS, THANKS, THANKS, !
SIDE LIGHT Elizabeth strack bought a strand of Natural pearls from me. I got a bag of drilled, ( that in itself is a blessing) ones. The chicken feed kind all baroque.
I havenm't used 1/6 the bag yet. I think the picture you refer to was either at the State Historical Society or my office where she spend 2 days.

I think I have seen both. I hope we get to see Elizabeth's necklace!!!! Maybe the cover of the new Edition? Wouldn't that be nice?
