Yep, that address is correct. I did see the other thread on them, ironically just before checking this thread tonight. Their office DOES exist, as my friend's wife went to them personally for the appraisals.
They seem to be fairly shady, and I'm definitely going to pass this on to my friend. It did seem odd to me that medium luster was appraised for that high (1880.00), but I'm also a bit upset that a "reputable" Chinese wholesaler at a huge trade show would charge $200 for a strand that can't even get $100 here in the States.
