Here are the newest ones, laying next to them are the ones I posted before these, they're 29" long, and the new ones are 25 inches.

Can anyone give me a ballpark estimate of what grade these are? I've no clue as to value, paid 28 with shipping for the smaller pearl necklace, and 55 before shipping and sales tax for the poshmark strand. I'm fairly certain that the sellers on both were not pearl people, one said she wasn't positive if they were genuine or faux, my karma must've been helping me out!

Hello Faith...I believe you found a great bargain. Both necklaces are very nice looking.
I would say they are "A" grade due to the surface imperfections, the luster, and the matching work.

Thanks for the help kind sir! So as a grade A, you don't think I overpaid for them? I just won a bid on a necklace that is in the UK, for around the same price, size and length, it'll be fun to have some "world travelling" Pearl's, too bad they can't talk!

No, definitively not overpaid for these :) you got them at a good price, and you may combine them into a longer strand or start a project and get a longer strand, bracelet and earrings. I mean, you can play with them and become creative because you do not have invested much money in them and would be afraid to risk this investment. They are nice pearls, and they do "talk a bit"...but only when you have learned to listen! ;)

I've got a long way to go, it seems there are bits of mystery and intrigue in questing for Pearl's! My other lifelong obsession is rocks, and particularly jade. For some reason I feel a pull toward gems of the Orient, not sure if that is the pc term, so apologies in advance if needed! You've been a gem yourself for making yourself available and sharing your knowledge, I thank you again.
