These are pictures of a pre-owned pearl string on sale. Pearls measure from approximately 11.5 x 9 to 7 x 7.30 mm. No other details available. Looking for help to identify them. Any comments on the condition of the pearls will be welcome. Thank you

I've seen these bumpy/ prickly-looking freshwater pearls called "rosebud" pearls or "druzy" pearls. They are not the best quality pearls, but many folks like them for their unique look.
You can find lots of them on Etsy.
 
I was just looking at recycled antique rosebud freshwaters that came from Mississippi river pearl jewelry on ebay last week.
