I would love to know what kind if pearls these are. It is a 17 inch double strand necklace featuring a 14 karat gold clasp in crusted with diamonds, rubies emeralds and sapphires. The design appears to be from the 1980s? But that is just a guess.
The pearls measure about 8.5 mm. The clasp is made so that the necklace can be worn as either a double strand with a fancy class or one long strand with a class worn as an enhancer or pendant.
