Do you have any rounds at all? Enough for a strand?

How long do you keep your oysters in the water? I'd really like to know more about the specificities of the culturing process - compared to Tahitians for instance.
 
I just had to reply to this and bump it up. These were so impressive…I don't see many strands like this these days, the one off pearls every so often.
