Thank you. Now the next question: are the videos supposed to have sound? I'm not hearing any and I've turned up all the speakers on my computer, that I can find anyway. Have I got a computer problem?

Yes all the videos have sound. Try logging in on your phone to see if that helps? But sounds like a computer issue. Might need an update.
 
I had some similar issues. After a bit of experimenting, I switched from Apple's Safari browser to Google Chrome, and all the videos played perfectly. So if you have problems, might be worth trying a different browser?
 
I am using Chrome, but it needs an update. I tried playing a youtube video, and there was no sound on that, either, so it's definitely my computer. And the computer is ancient, too, so this might be my excuse to get a new one. :)
 
Well, if you need enablers, you've come to the right place linda.wald LOL! Sound and lack of in videos can be a really tricky thing to diagnose ... been there :( Hope you get it resolved.
 
I got mine! I'm not a (an?) Herby, but the second part of my hyphenated last name isn't capitalized. Can't decide whether to leave it or ask for a corrected one. But it's really exciting to have it!!
 
I finished my exam early Sept and my cert never arrived! Oh well! I resat the exam just so I could get a PDF of the cert. I'm happy with that!
 
I just finished the course and scored 34 out of the 35 exam questions. (The one I missed I had second-guessed my first, and correct, answer. Doh!) It was such an interesting course and I thank all who had a hand in developing it and making it available to all of us. I'm not in the business, but expect to show my certificate with pride. And to extend what I know to others who are just beginning their journey into the world of pearls. I want to add that I really appreciated the stories of the pioneering pearl farmers as well as contemporary ones. I am humbled and impressed by the deep environment conservation ethic demonstrated by so many.
 
I did not know corrected Certs were being sent out was this automatic?
 
I missed this but so glad I just found it!!!!

I am taking a call with Bo from the CPAA as soon as he comes back from holiday to see where we are with the certs and the corrections I've sent him.
 
Yes I meant the "Herby" correction and Thank you for letting me know, I just wanted to be sure no action was needed by me at this point.
