Oh, I have not forgotten about NCN!

I think we need to add something that will have NCN, PPB, etc., but we are creating a PDF of the glossary to distribute industry wide. Those would be very, very P-G specific so they have to be dealt with in a slightly different way.

Btw, the glossary is not done. I don't think it will ever be completely finished. But I felt that it was ready to publish and it will be an ongoing task. It took me about four months to get it to this point. If anyone else wants to jump in and come up with more definitions now, please do!
