Octobabies!

I finally finished my octobabies. Sheri helped me find the pearls on Etsy (at Wen's Pearls) so the match is very good.





I made 2 attempts before getting one that I thought was worth continuing. The size of cord makes a big difference. I definitely need more practice, but I wanted these to wear sooner rather than later. I can always go back and redo them

Linda, I love seeing how you used the octo with the pearls - he looks so happy! This is the first time I've seen the hooked octo used alone as a clasp, but I intentionally made that component for its versatility. I'm planning to make myself a bracelet using the octo as a clasp in the same fashion. Those pearls do look like a perfect match. Great job!

I didn't, but next time I wear the combo I will. I just love the harvest strand and pendant combo. I wear Ringo on a very thin snake chain in the open collar, and Sirena worn long outside, over the collar.
