I finally finished my octobabies. Sheri helped me find the pearls on Etsy (at Wen's Pearls) so the match is very good.

I made 2 attempts before getting one that I thought was worth continuing. The size of cord makes a big difference. I definitely need more practice, but I wanted these to wear sooner rather than later. I can always go back and redo them :)

Congratulation!! Oh wow, what a perfect pairing - love it! You've so inspired me, and you must bring this set to the next Ruckus!!

Linda I ABSOLUTELY ADORE your octobabies set! I LUV the blue green purple enamel!!!
Haha thinking to myself that I need an enamel set, too...

Linda! Those are just darling ... not to mention lovely ... congratulations :)

Linda, I love seeing how you used the octo with the pearls - he looks so happy! This is the first time I've seen the hooked octo used alone as a clasp, but I intentionally made that component for its versatility. I'm planning to make myself a bracelet using the octo as a clasp in the same fashion. Those pearls do look like a perfect match. Great job!

Sheri, I was wearing my harvest strand with Sirena and her octo to a conference this weekend...let's just say I stopped counting how many people came up to me and commented. I had paired her with Ringo (my single octo).

I do love to hear about my octobabies (with occasional merfriends) going out on the town!
