@Everland Here is my thought... as someone who will always have taste way above my ability to pay... eBay gently used is really fantastic...if you spend time HERE looking at really great pearls! High end jewelry often loses lots of value the moment someone buys it...use that idea and get a fabulous set for less. A lovely vintage strand can easily be restrung and you can get much higher quality. Don't go for a name....look for really nice pearls that are vintage. Once you see, touch and enjoy fantastic pearls....you will want more, but I vintage set is still wonderful to have in your jewelry chest!
