Those Tahitians are to die for. Whenever I order a strand, I always end up sending them back because I want them to look like THAT and they don't in person. I think I'll need to make a trip out west to see strands in person if I ever decide to I must have some.

Thanks MSC and BW! I think the trick is seeing photos in various kinds of lighting...all pearls look great in a lightbox/glamour shot. Ask for shots in natural daylight, indoor lighting, and evening light. The pearls above were photographed in early morning filtered light, through the sheers on my windows. If you look closely, you can see my bay windows reflecting on the pearls.
