Natural Color Akoya Pearls

Hi Robin,
lets just hope your mum doesn?t decide to keep the pearls for herself as a Christmas gift:(

I think I'm good. She doesn't have pierced ears, plus I have as leverage A) her Christmas gift, an emerald-cut diamond ring with sapphire side stones, and B) her yearly cancer survivorship present-- I've started getting her an annual "something yellow" as a sort of upgrade from the yellow rubber bracelets. This year was a small yellow diamond in a pendant, next year will be one of the Pearl Paradise November specials, the golden SS pearl pendant. I'm already looking forward to the year after-- a yellow sapphire, perhaps? :)

My dad is not a jewelry-buyer, so I'm trying to make up for that :).

But I digress. As for the natural Akoyas, I got an e-mail that my package is on its way.

Are you still lurking? It's next year and I'd love to see the "something yellow" from PP if you think you'd like to post a picture. We're really into pictures around here.

Did anyone buy these? They look amazing in the photo. I'm curious to know what people who purchased these thought.

I got this some time ago. The color is amazing and there is actually orient! Did I not post pictures? I've been lazy lately ... I had them changed to screwbacks, of course.

Those are so pretty! Do they look that great in real life? I've been considering plain white freshwater studs but seeing those makes me wonder if I'd like some akoya studs too.

Here's the latest set of natural blue akoyas that were on the TPO spring sale page. They have incredible orient and a soft blue overtone. LOVE THEM!~!~!

Thanks for keeping us up on what TPO and PP are up to. I almost forget to look sometimes. I could have missed this entirely. So thanks and don't ever stop keeping us informed. :D

Why thank you Mikeyy! I will make sure I won't EVER stop keeping you informed of my purchases. I will also make sure that I post photos if someone asks so they get a good sense for how the pearls look in different lighting since professional lighting doesn't show other aspects of a pearl. I will make sure that I'll post pics if I think it'll help potential buyers in the decision making process. I will never stop keeping you informed. :D

I just scored some of the blue baroques from PP! I'm so excited-I missed out on the last special. This is my first strand of baroques and the first akoyas that I have purchased (I have a vintage strand that has been passed down).

Congratulation hkdiaz !

I missed the one I wanted.
I'll have to wait for the next time........
