Hello pearl friends: here are some lovely items I purchased recently.
An amazingly lustrous drop tahitian pearl from Kamoka pearls (on a gold chain).
A custom-made multi-coloured tahitian baroque bracelet from PearlParadise; which mesmerizes me. I always stare at it, including when I am driving, and it will probably get me killed or put in jail.
A big, fat, honking South Sea white pearl with a wonderful shape, that I have not figured out how to wear yet. (Also from PearlParadise.com)
Some very long, wonderfully designed drop earrings made by Sarah from Kojima Pearls. They are extra special because they are keshi tahitian pearls, (and also because Sarah is such a cool lady).

Winners, all! Such exquisite pearl jewelry! Thanks for sharing, especially the neck shot. That pearl rocks against your skin. :)

Hi Linda - the Kamoka is beautiful, and I'm not surprised you're always looking at the bracelet, I love the 'copper' top of the 3rd pearl to the right of the clasp

LindaPhillipsBong, I took a photo of you selecting the pearls for your one of a kind Tahitian bracelet pictured above.

What amazing souvenirs! I do understand our SSP friends when they practically insist that their customers need to show up personally to select the pearls. The story that comes with choosing for yourself is priceless.

Thank you Pattye, Katbran, and Geek for the complements.
Yes Karin; that was a real special treat; being able to pick my pearls. When Hisano brought those baggies out and plunked them down on the table, my heart just leaped for joy.
Thanks FuzzySocks for the photo! You were the photo journalist for our weekend, weren't you? I had such a fun time meeting you all.
Alex: I know! You're right, that copper-topped pearl is really different from the rest.
Cheers.
Linda.

What wonderful loot from the ruckus! Everything will look great on you for years and years! And many thinks to fuzzi sox for all the photos!

Twas such a joy to watch you in the process of choosing those pearls. Please do be careful when driving...... you may need to get some long gloves for safety sake!

Apart from saving for the flight and hotel etc., I need to save enough to get some goodies while I am attending the ruckus, and the goodies may cost a lot more than the flight and hotel!!!

They are all absolutely lovely, and the bracelet is a real driving hazard!
