My new Revenge Victoria Grayson strand!!!

I can't wait to see what you will come up with next Purr. I'll be cheering you on ;)

Wow these are incredible. How did you learn to wire wrap? Did you do a course or did you learn purely through trial and error?

Lovely work, Purr! Really love the close up shot of your tassel and the way the pearl blends so beautifully :)

Thank you everyone for the compliments, and I drew a lot of inspirations from various elements of P-G for this project!

Hanadama, I never took any courses in craft, jewelry making or design (which was a shame). Wire wrapping isn't difficult once you get the steps but it is just tedious not to mention tiresome on your hands & eyes. Lol my nails were pretty destroyed after this project. I learned to wire-wrap a long time ago by looking at the structure of some other already made pieces and figured it out. :)

Just fabulous, Purranha! Wow you're so creative. I also love all the photos and process descriptions, you make it so fun to read.

IMG_3195.jpgPurranha, I too have been inspired by newberry's wonderful tin cups...here's a layout I've been working on with some round peacock Tahitians. The oval links are textured, and I was going to use pearl cups with jump rings to connect, but I like your "twist" of wire wrapping onto the jump rings to connect the ovals. I wonder if I can find some good rope textured wire...

Purranha, you are so creative and I really enjoy seeing your creations. Pls continue to share your beauties!!

The pearls in wires look so modern yet elegant. Great job ladies!

JerseyPearl you and I are like on alternate parallel universe in our pearl crafting projects lol! I too ordered some hammered/textured oval links along with some other findings, but it's taking longer to arrive (still enroute) so I went with the smooth ovals first. I also ordered the ovals in rose-gold-filled since the tassel is mauve, but went with gold for m now since I couldn't find the stardust clasp in rose gold.

Not sure how the pearl caps looks like, but I generally prefer the more naked look for pearl wire-wrapping. Please do share some picture of the pearl cap when you get the chance! Did you order these findings from Bella?

I can't wait to see your finished project!!! :)

Purranha I'm so in awe and totally hooked!! Can't wait to see what's next!!!

wow Purranha!! those look amazing! and, as always, you have 100 ways to wear them. glad you went with the wire wrapping on some of those smooth ripples despite the labor involved. looks great!
JerseyPearl, can't wait to see how yours comes out!

Aww thank you Imgarden and Kalmen22!
Haha enbcfsobe- multi styling (and tassels!) were recurring theme for this thread, so I viewed it as part of the design challenge to come up with versatile pieces. :)
