My multi-color circled strand from Mother's Day special

I requested Jeremy to send a strand unknotted. The pearls are circled, very colorful, especially the ones near the clasp: bright green with stripes and purple, etc. The pearls are 8 to 10'ish mm. I like the center pearl, a compressed weaving shuttle, at least that is how I see it. Two pearls away is a green drop with pistachio tip. Next to it is a bi-tonal peacock pearl with magenta on one end and green on the other. I decided to knot with some gold rondelles, especially to showcase the center pearl. I had a lot of fun and would like to share some photos.

Those are very colorful. I agree with Pattye, you'll get lots of ooohs and ahhhs! :)

Cathy - the colours are amazing. Add me to the "ooh-ers and aah-ers".

How beautiful! I am definitely oohing and aahing here...

That's a necklace that shouldn't be a necklace. With those gorgeous ones near the clasp, no one will see them. You could wear your hair up and walk into the room backwards :). Or turn the necklace every 15 mins so all the pearls get their due. Lovely colors!

I chose a lot of special pearls for that strand. It was definitely one of my favorites. But to make it perfect, I sent a bag of loose pearls with it and of course, Cathy made it even better!

That center pearl is one of a kind. It had a beautiful, unique shape and color.

Thank you for your compliments. The length is about 21" now with 4mm stardust beads. It's been worn with my hair up, and wrapped around my wrist 3 times so its proud owner can gaze at the colors. :)

Necklace is now strung with Frostlink clasp and can be worn different ways (bottom 5 photos).

Truly amazing. :) I can honestly say I have never seen so many gorgeous Tahitians in one place. Jeremy really outdid himself for this. Cathy, you have taken Jeremy's best and gone one step higher with it. Didn't know that could be done. :D
Love the colors!! And the gold.

The longer I lurk here, the more fascinating the unusual shapes and colors become. I love the ones you can look into and loose yourself.

Used to think round pearls were 'it'.

I love this necklace. It is truly gorgeous. Congrats on such a stunning piece!!!

Me too. The longer I participate here, the more I am open to non round, non white pearls. I love it!!!!

I am awaiting my first strand of Tahitians from PP tomorrow. I believe it is also something Jeremy has hand selected, because the strand was stashed in his desk :)

I'll be stalking the UPS driver tomorrow. He already thinks I am crazy, so I am sure he will be pleased with me tomorrow, lol.

I thought I'd give this thread a bump so Matt_95 could get a look at the variety found in different shape Tahitians.

I've always loved Cathy's taste in Tahitians (and Vincent's, and I guess Jeremy's too, since he chose it. Geez, it must be so fabulous to have a peek into the vault and drawers and boxes)
