Just wondering the type and price of the pearls I have.

Just wondering about the type of pearls I have. I inherited them from my grandmother whenever she passed along with some other jewelry. Unfortunately it doesn't have the stamp on the clasp or the original box but they do feel gritty to the teeth, also they are a little over a half millimeter in length. Thank you
