Four pearl necklaces

Hello! I have 4 different necklaces inherited from my great grandmother, I know nothing about them. They seem to be real as they’re gritty on my teeth but as far as identification goes I have no clue. Just wondering what kind of pearls they are and if they’re worth being insured. Thanks

That being said, their value is primarily sentimental. No need to insure!

The first necklace, of which you have 2 photos, is imitation. The excess coating near the drill holes is a dead giveaway. Also the very uniform shapes, sizes, color and luster, and the hook style clasp with rhinestones all point to an imitation strand.

The other 3 appear to be cultured freshwater pearls from China, not high value. The purple beads may be amethysts.
