I ask the same question. Shipment arrived, no warranty documents, as advertised. They cannot send the papers, strange. I asked if I order another necklace, would certificate be included, they replied NO. I don’t know if pearls are real. Any answers welcome.

No, they are not a legitimate company. They operate under a myriad of different aliases and advertise on social media. It's a scam, unfortunately.
