Hi, I am a newbie here from India. I have been always interested in natural pearls. When, I had no idea in the earlier days, I bought lots of pearls from Iridesse when they went on sale. There was a greek woman who helped me out, was very kind, who worked at the Iridesse. However, I insisted that the pearls should be natural and she sold me some stuff that she said were natural pearls. I have no idea if these are true indeed because except one pearl rest are all very round and its hard to believe that they are natural. After reading up much material I am now searching for natural pearls and I read that Bahrain is the only place where you are most likely to find them. Are there any dealers here on the forum who sell such pearls? I am not looking for jewellery but loose natural pearls.

Hi Haris
i think you need to show us 1st your pearl, and i am not sure that the admin can allow us give you the link.

you right the best dealer is in Bahrain but you can find also Natural pearl in Australia, Indonesia, Philipina and other country.

Natural Pearl dealers don't usually have websites. You can buy certified Bahraini pearls from karipearls.com. She is in the US, but deals directly with Bahrain.
We have members in India (I think) who might sell, but I have no idea of how you might go about itPARAS BHAKTI PEARL CO , also Tango Jhaveri. Maybe when you go home for a visit. The American Pearl Company sells American natural pearls. Be sure to add Company when you google it or you will get another Co that does not deal in natural pearls.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I am unable to attach images for some reason.

Harish.

One of the main reasons I must confess in the forum I like natural pearls is that I am a hindu and the common belief is that flawless gems/pearls bring good fortune. Even men wore it in earlier days :)
