I think it's around 150-200 years old

You state microscopic examination but have not provided supporting documentation of the type, examiner or protocol.

You have also stated the items were aged, but have not provided evidence of this either.

In either instance, these are not tests typically performed by jewellers instead by accredited labs which provide documentation/certification.

At first I was skeptical. Upon examination of the X-ray views, observing size, shape and uniformity, I'm certain these are cultured pearls.

As such, these presumptions are outrageous.
I agree with @Lagoon Island Pearls
The evidence presented is mainly wishful thinking.
Having the pearls examined by a lab is the only solution.

Well, very likely you have cultured pearls...and not natural pearls. But if you really believe these ara natural: have them sent to a reputable gem lab such as Liechenstein, SSEF or even DANAT.
Hello, how is GIA? I usually see GIA certificates on the pearls sold in my country and it was easier for me to translate the page. Does it make sense for me to send it there?

Yes, according to the results of gemology, it is a blue turquoise stone and I was advised to determine its age. I think there is a place in Switzerland that works with places like Chiristie's and shotsbe, and the other one is an agate stone (brown one) inside the pearl that we burn, break and open --
GIA: Gemological Institute Of America --- laboratory recommended

Yes, if you truly believe the pearl necklace is an authentic natural Persian Gulf pearl: You MUST have the pearls analyzed and a certificate provided.
