i need your help!!!

I was eating in a restaurant in New Orleans yesterday and i had some oysters and i bit on a pearl thank God i didn't chip or break any teeth! Anyways i have this white pearl and was hoping its worth some money! I was told that it could be worth a good amount of money, so do u think i should take it to my locale jewelery store?

That is a food oyster pearl, not an pearl from an oyster pearl. The food oyster pearls are like porcelain, but not nacreous like pearl oyster pearls. It is not worth money, but it is a great story and a great momento.
