I have Celtic skin too (fair pink-undertone skin and dark hair), and find that I look better in the rose overtone pearls. I also thought that a silver overtone would look best on me until I tried them on and saw the difference. In fact, it was so noticeable that even my husband (who is supportive, but tends to say that everything I put on looks great) strongly favoured the rose ones (edit: I have not looked at the Natural White Hanadamas though - only silver overtoned AAA akoya strands, so maybe that makes a difference).
That said, I'm not sure whether that will still hold true once I go grey. I look at colleagues here who have gone silver and wow do they ever look sharp with silver Tahitians and bright white pearls. I just tell myself to buy pearls that look best on me now, and I'll change course later if I need to.
