lisa c, no, it doesn't. I live in South Western Ontario so it varies really. One winter lasted for like five months with on and off snow and lots of really cold days and the next one was quite short like two months with lots of mild days in between. I'd rather have lots of snow, make everything pretty and bright. It's especially nice on Christmas day.
And here they are. Ta-da! Not the best pics but I'm running out of sunlight. Maybe I'll post an ear shot tomorrow. Depending on how I look tomorrow, of course. Anyway, they're larger and darker than I expected. I'm very pleased!
