Help finding a bail

I did. I liked it too. I looked again and for the life of me I can't find it.

I was thinking of adding this to an antique cameo and maybe adding a teeny heart and diamond pendant that my grandpa gave me, so it would go cameo, heart, pearl. but that may be to much so maybe just cameo and pearl. I have also been looking at antique filigree pendants, and some art nouveau ones as well.
