Hi there! Well, the photo is very bad...low quality, so details cannot be seen!
But these give me "Imitation Pearl" vibes.
They could also be Chinese freshwater nucleated pearls, dyed golden.
Let's see if other members can chime in!

The OP messaged me and said she asked her aunt about them. The aunt had bought them at a local jeweler who told her they were "Andaman pearls". Having googled a bit to see what this might refer to, I believe they are dyed bead-nucleated FWP.

Me too on another strand - also beaded/dyed freshwater. These are from China, not the Andaman Islands.

Freshwater golds, while still fake looking, seem to have improved their colours...The ones I saw ( granted a few years ago in HK ) were more of a yellow, a shallow very poor shade of gold.
