Is that true that "Freshadama" is trademarked by Pearl Paradise?

I did a quick Trademark search and, indeed, "Freshadama" is trademarked. It was filed in 2006 and officially registered in March, 2007. It is held by Mr. J. Shepherd himself

We did trademark the term; specifically to keep it off eBay and other pearl related Web sites that are known for copying. Also, there was once an unstable person on this forum that laid claim to the rights of the word.

It has worked pretty well although we do constantly yank auctions from eBay that use it.
